Privacy Policy
Orange Mold Remediation Help collects very little personal information: it has no forms, no accounts and no visitor cookies. The main data involved is the phone call you choose to make. This policy explains what happens to that data and to basic server records.
Information This Site Does Not Collect
The site has no contact forms, sign-up forms, accounts, comments or newsletters. You cannot submit your name, email or address through the site. No advertising or tracking scripts run on the pages.
Phone Calls
Calls to the number on this site are handled by a call-tracking provider that routes them to an independent local provider. To route and report on calls, the call-tracking provider may record call details. These details can include your phone number, the time and length of the call and your general area. Calls may be recorded under the call-tracking provider's terms or the receiving provider's terms. You may hear a notice about recording at the start of a call.
Call details are shared with the pay-per-call network and the provider that takes your call. They are used to connect the call, decide whether it qualifies and settle payment. The provider that answers may keep its own records under its own privacy policy.
The site's income comes from qualified calls, which a pay-per-call network pays for. That arrangement is set out in the referral disclosure.
Server Logs
The web host keeps standard server logs when a page is requested. A log entry can include your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. Logs are used to keep the site running, to find errors and to block abuse. They are not used to build profiles of visitors.
Cookies and Analytics
The site does not set cookies for visitors. WordPress sets login cookies only for site administrators who sign in. No analytics tool is installed at present. If one is added later, this policy will be updated before it goes live. The site does not track visitors across other sites, so browser Do Not Track signals do not change how it works.
How Information Is Shared
Call details go to the call-tracking provider, the pay-per-call network and the provider that takes your call. Server logs stay with the web host. Information may be disclosed if the law requires it. This site does not sell visitor data for advertising.
California Privacy Rights
California law, including the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents certain rights over personal information. This summary is general information, not legal advice. Depending on the business and the data, these rights can include:
- The right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used
- The right to ask for deletion of personal information
- The right to ask for correction of inaccurate personal information
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
- The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information
- The right not to be treated differently for using these rights
For call records, a request should usually go to the call-tracking provider or the provider that took your call. The California Attorney General's website explains these rights in more detail.
Children
This site is meant for adults dealing with a home mold problem. It does not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Contact and Requests
The only contact route for this site is the phone line shown in the footer. When calling, say that the request is about privacy or a correction. No email address or form is offered.
Changes to This Policy
This policy is updated when the site's data practices change. The date below shows the latest version. The terms of use cover other conditions of using the site.
